# Refund and Return Policy

At Ogavy (latinamakeup.co), we stand behind the quality of our Magnesium & Arnica Comfort Cream. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

## Returns
Our return window is 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Because our products are personal care items, items that show significant signs of use cannot be accepted for a return due to hygiene safety.

## How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@latinamakeup.co with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

## Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

## Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

## Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@latinamakeup.co if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
