## Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

## Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We proudly provide standard flat-rate shipping services to our customers across the United States and Canada. 

* **Estimated Delivery Time:** 8–15 business days after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping charges for your specific order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.

## Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours of generation.

## Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Ogavy (latinamakeup.co) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).

## Damages & Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately at support@latinamakeup.co so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement for you.
